A BRIEF OVERVIEW

In 1976 Neville decided to make his career in the Property Industry.  He and his wife, Hannetjie, joined a small, but active Agency and were taken into training.

In 1977 Neville attended Oxford College of Education and in that year wrote the Certificate I.E.A. Residential exam and became a member of the Institute of Estate Agents.  In 1979, Hannetjie completed the same examination and also entered the Property Industry.  During 1978 Neville successfully completed the DALE CARNEGIE SALES COURSE, and in 1981 - the DALE CARNEGIE LEADERSHIP TRAINING for Sales Managers Course.  He also did the SALES ADVANTAGE Course in 1999.

With this background, Neville and Hannetjie became Partners in the Agency and achieved outstanding results controlling a substantial share of the market in which the firm was active.

When the Agency was sold, they spent three years on a farm, having bought the land and finding out about farming as what it was like.

They then became active in property again, and eventually established NEVILLE ROURKE ESTATES in 2000 and have sold more than 1000 homes to many happy Buyers and leaving the Sellers satisfied with the sale of their property.

Together, with Dee Strange and Heather Robinson they are going from strength to strength in their position in Primrose.
